About Fundraising

What is Fundraising

Educational Experience's Fundraising campaign gives schools, centres and not-for-profit groups the chance to raise valuable funds in the form of learning resource vouchers to spend with Educatonal Experience.
If you are interested in participating in Fundraising simply register here and we'll send you out our Fundraising catalogues for you to distribute to parents and your local community.
When an order is placed from our Fundraising range, the purchaser has the oportunity to nominate a school, centre or group.
Nominated school, centres and groups receive 20% of the purchase value back in learning resource vouchers.

e.g - for an order valued at $100, a nominated school, centre or group will receive $20 back in learning resource vouchers.

How can my school, centre or not-for-profit group participate in Fundraising?

Schools, centres and groups can register their interest in participating in Fundraising in 2017 by:

1. Completing our online form here

2. Calling our friendly team during business hours on 1300 134 211

3. Emailing our team at hotline@edex.com.au 

Please ensure you have your School, Centre or Group name, delivery address and contact details ready to quote and also the number of catalogues you wish to receive.

When can I run my Fundraising campaign for my school, centre or group?

You can run your fundraising campaign all year round!

When will I receive my Learning Resource Vouchers?

If you qualify to receive Learning Resource Vouchers, the Educational Experience team will email you a voucher at the end of the month which will state your voucher amount.

Can I order more catalogues?

If your school, centre or group requires additional catalogues please contact our team on 1300 134 211 or email hotline@edex.com.au to request more. Additional catalogues are subject to availability.

How can my school, centre or group keep track of our tally throughout Fundraising?

Educational Experience will email you an update at the end of each month. If you qualify for a voucher, you will also receive a Learning Resource Voucher at the end of each month.

 

Ordering from Fundraising

When will the 2017 Fundraising range be available?

Our 2017 Fundraising range will be available to purchase online from Tuesday 1st August. If you have pre-registered for catalogues, these will be delivered to you from Monday July 31st.

How can I place an order from the 2017 Fundraising range?

You can place an order from our Fundraising range by:


  • Shopping Online at www.edex.com.au/fundraising
  • Complete an order form from our Fundraising catalogue or download an order form here and return to Educational Experience via:

    - Fax - (02) 4923 8299
    - Mail - Send your order form to PO BOX 860 Newcastle NSW 2300
  • Phone - Call our friendly team on 1300 134 211 to place your order.

 

How much is delivery? 

Educational Experience aims to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. For this purpose, we use a broad range of both local and national distributors that best suit the location to which we are delivering. All our delivery charges include shipping, handling and packaging costs.
Our delivery fees for Fundraising orders have been capped at $6.60, Australia wide. 
These charges may vary if you have ordered large and/or heavy items or if you require delivery to a remote or offshore location.

When will my order arrive?

All orders will be shipped immediatly, unless a product(s) is unavailable, then a backorder will be produced.

How will my child’s group, centre or school benefit from 2017 Fundraising?

When a purchase is made from our 2017 Fundraising range, parents have the opportunity to nominate their child's centre, school or group. Nominated Fundraisers will receive 20% of the purchase amount (exlcuding dleivery) in learning resource vouchers to spend with Educational Experience.

How can I nominate by child's group, centre or school?

You can nominate the Fundraiser at check-out when a Fundraising order is placed online via our website OR you can nominate the Fundraiser on our order form when the purchase is made by post, email or fax or by letting our friendly customer service team know when placing an order by phone.

How do I search for products?

To simply find the product that you are looking for, enter a short description of the product that you are looking for into the Search bar and click enter.  Searches can be refined by clicking the options on the left hand side of your screen. Alternatively use the Product Finder tool to search for products that meet your criteria.  Products have been categorised in multiple ways to allow you to customise and refine your searches to find the product that best suits your needs.

Backorders

We've ordered boat-loads of wonderful products for this year's Fundraising season. We're confident that we've got enough quality toys, gifts and learning resources to go around and we've made special allowances for ranges we know are going to be popular. We do encourage customers to place their orders sooner than later as once we run out, you miss out!
