Sport, physical activity and healthy living has been a part of the Australian identify for thousands of years.

This September we will focusing on how parents and education professionals can improve physical activity, an interest in sport and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The traditional custodians of the land developed highly skilful and interactive games that kept the whole community fit and healthy. The land provided a naturally healthy diet. Parents and educators can share many of the Traditional Indigenous Games with children to help share the rich cultural heritage Australia possesses.

We will be showcasing a variety of sports, our exclusive active outdoor equipment and the ethos of team work and socialisation that stem from competitive and social sport. Sport and learning are linked; children learn about overcoming mistakes, working in a team environment and sport helps build resilient children who have healthy bodies and healthy minds!

We love to say that too much sport is never enough!
